Where the line works: Olympia and Lacey
The line routes calls from the ZIP codes below. If yours is not listed, the line may not be able to connect you.
Calling soon after you find the water usually leaves more choices. The call goes to an independent contractor.
Olympia
Olympia had an estimated 56,724 residents in the Census Bureau's 2025 figures. For Olympia-specific utilities see the utilities page.
Lacey
Lacey has its own utilities and its own numbers. See the Lacey page.
A note on ZIP codes
ZIP codes do not follow city limits. Parts of the same ZIP can sit in different cities, and which utility serves your address depends on the address, not the ZIP.
That is why every call starts with your street address.
Water still spreading? Make the call.
You will be asked what is wet, where the water came from and whether it has stopped. Have the street address in front of you.
